Cranial Sacral Healing and Massage exchange

I went to Raw Spirit Festival in Sedona, Arizona, USA last September and met Mr. Duncan from InfraredSauna.com who was showcasing Infrared Sauna unit at the festival.

I came into the sauna and talked with him and I found out that he comes to Seoul often for business trip and he loves Kimchi and knew a few Korean words and sentences. :)
But most of all, he was very genuine and nice person...I could feel it. :) Maybe we call it good vibe...or energy...or feeling or impression...even though M thinks I am worst at judging people...
I think most people I meet are great and nice in the beginning till they prove me wrong. ;))

Anyway!
He came to Korea this time and we exchanged today at the WellBeingStudio!

My first time hearing the word, Cranial Sacral was from Spa Samui in Thailand where I go for annual detox! There's a sweet lady who does that therapy and it took me one year to give it a try!
Because I never heard that before and it sounded strange to me or didn't know about it or just feels like...some kind of energy...(not visual...scientific feeling to me when I didn't know about it) something...stuff..
But my second annunal detox trip, I heard from other lady I met who had been coming to Spa Samui for more than 6 or 7 years saying "She's great! Now I don't feel like I need to get Reiki from other person when I get Cranial Sacral from her. I can feel the shift in my body"
From someone I felt trust worthy and sweet saying that!! I thought I would give it a try!
So my first experience was last May in Spa Samui and I did second experience with Mr. Duncan!

I am not the extra sensitive person who can feel the energy feild or Reiki energy feild when I do Reiki but it feels great.
My first experience, I fell asleep and I was amazed by the shoulder knots were all gone after just putting the hand underneath my shoulders!!
As a massage therapist, I put a lot of effort and time to work on solving the knots!!
And they could just do it by putting the hands under the shoulder!! Without rubbing!!
I asked out of shock!! "How could you do that without rubbing or massaging??"
Then she told that she worked on the vibration or inside of muscle or something like that!
It was so cool and amazing!

Anyway! Mr. Duncan also had special power! :)
He can feel intuitibly that some of my body part needed some attention like my arm or certain muscle tones...
I've been having aching feeling on my arm-there's certain spot that I could feel the muscle aches or tight from giving massage and didn't solve my knots!
He just stopped at that part and asked my body or muscle to let it go! :))
I feel much lighter on my shoulder and the arm part!! So cool!

After getting Cranial Sacral Healing, I gave him nice massage. :)
Then we went to Taj Palace for Indian buffet dinner and talked a lot!
It's so great to meet him!

It's been great to meet so many nice people from online marketing group, travels...:)
Enjoying Life...and learning...through the journey.

To enjoy more, I have to clear up some things...so I don't feel guilty enjoying the life...
Then it would be really really free feeling! Free life and enjoying the journey...
One step at a time!

Moved to my studio-not bad!

I packed my stuff long time ago and moved them to my studio.
But I was still staying at my bf's house living in a comfortable life environment.

Today, finally I came here.
Setup my laptop and spending time on some online cafes, projects...etc

I thought it would be hard to live here but it's not.
It was just my own feeling...

Independant life
More focusing on work, projects
Having own my space and time
Should start pray from now on, settling in...

New start! :)

Getting Clear on Money workshop at Well-being Studio

Chris from Access contacted me for using the Well-being Studio for his workshop and I found out he was gonna share some financial topic...
I was so excited to learn something about that part which I feel I was terrible at it.

The workshop gave me some insight on my thought pattern...and how to improve or change the way I was thinking or treating financial things in my life.

I have this guilty feeling over M that I made wrong decision recently and my plan didn't work out the way it supposed to or should have!!
Realizing I can't rely on the future plan...hmmmm

Anyway!! From now on!
I will improve! Clearing M's money is my number one goal for that part now!
I've been feeling so bad...why I did that...
This month! Clearing up!
I can do it!

Well-being Shop Salt Lamps on SALE!

It's been again...long time no blogging!
I've been in a depressed and low energy mood about my shop and work...and lazy, low(no) motivation.

But I realized one day that I can be taken as a bad person or someone who tried to take advantage just because of money issue.
Especially...when someone whom I really trust considered that way...it was very heart breaking thing to hear.

Money can make a person so nice and caring and also it can make the other person not caring...when the other doesn't have money. What a funny reality...maybe not funny...it's just the way this world evolves thesedays?
Power of money.
Not to be mistaken...or not to be considered as a bad person...I had to wake up from the low motivation mode and long depression about the business.

So I've been working at the shop more often, making sale promotion, buying POP things to promote sales...taking an action.

It was a very big lesson to learn. Also very sad reality to know.
But I guess this is a real world and I am living in this world.

Have to be tough, strong, diligent!

I will love to see all the people around me happy and smiling. The shop landlady, the warehouse landlady, my part-time staff, my partner who invested on the business or me...my boy friend...my parents and sister who is always worried about me.

"Be real, Be responsible, Be diligent, Be possitive, Be cheerful, Be optimistic!"

Touch, affection, and intimacy

http://health.yahoo.com/ency/healthwise/hw159186/hw159228

Touch

Touch is a wonderful and needed sensation. Babies who are not touched do not thrive. Children who are not touched develop emotional problems. Touch is important to older adults as well. Touch helps us feel connected with others and can enhance our sexuality.

-Get a massage. Professional massages are wonderful, but simple shoulder and neck rubs feel great, too. Find a friend who will trade shoulder rubs with you.

-Look for hugs. Everybody needs them. Some people are a little shy about hugs, but it's okay to ask, "Would you like a hug?"

-Consider getting a pet. Caring for a pet can help meet your needs for touch. Some studies have shown that older people who have pets to care for live longer.

Affection

To give and receive affection is a wonderful feeling. If you like someone, be sure to let them know. If someone seems to like you, appreciate it. It is never too late to make new friends and strengthen bonds with longtime companions.

Intimacy

Intimacy is the capacity for a close physical or emotional connection with another person. Intimacy is a great protector against depression.

Talking with a confidant can help ease life's problems. When you lose a loved one, intimacy may be what you miss most. You may not find someone to fully replace a loved one who died, but you can begin to rebuild intimacy in your life in the following ways:

-Turn to your children, siblings, or old and new friends.
-Look for another person who is in a situation similar to yours. One of the richest benefits of support groups is that members often find intimacy with one another.
-Be available to others. Just as you need people, there are people who need you, too.
